Based on data provided in the article, we can conclude that treatment of bronchial obstruction in pneumonia, infectious exacerbations of COPD necessarily requires use of proteolytic enzymes to reduce inflammatory mediators, improve rheological properties of sputum, and improve microcirculation in center of chronic inflammation. This reduces treatment volume and its timing.
