Effectiveness of combination of acetylcysteine and ambroxol in patients with acute bronchitis

Conclusions.

1. Addition of PulmoBREATHE® combined medicine of MoviHealth Company, Switzerland into the treatment scheme of patients with infectious acute bronchitis, leads to a significant normalization (P<0.05) of basic clinical manifestations of the disease: cough, shortness of breath, sputum and wheezing fade, intoxication, ventilation syndrome and normalization of the blood picture in comparison of control groups.

2. Addition of PulmoBREATHE® complex product of MoviHealth Company, Switzerland, into the scheme of treatment of patients with acute bronchitis with ventilation disfunction leads to significantly more earlier (P<0.05) and expressed   recovery of the ventilation function of the bronchi.

3. It is observed high safety profile and good tolerability of the PulmoBREATHE® product MoviHealth, Switzerland.
